So I'll be honest with you all. Yesterday while doing my shopping for the week, I completely forgot my list in the truck! Then I remembered, "Hey! I posted it on the blog already!" It was my saving grace! So, I am doing the same concept for this recipe. I'm not sure who came up with it originally, but here is this delicious recipe! I wanted to make snacks for this week so that I wouldn't be tempted to go out and buy or eat junk! I love spicy stuff. Spicy chips are my absolutely favorite (I'm looking at you Dynamitas), but they are full of junk, junk, junk. So! My searching led me here! I hope you enjoy them as much as I did (because, yes, I tasted them before safely putting them away for later)!

Now when you make this recipe, you'll notice you get lots of crumbles leftover. Don't throw them away! You can use them for homemade cauliflower rice or you can make this delicious Creole Cauli-Popcorn! The buffalo chips are also really good with my FP Cottage Ranch if you want to stay in Fuel Pull or you can pair it with a ranch of your choosing, either high in fat or high in carb.
