I LOVE salad. I love the variety of it, the crispy tender lettuce, and the fresh peppers. I enjoy mixing things like fruit in my salad, too. Yes, I am one of THOSE people. But, I also love ranch. On almost everything. Spaghetti, lasagna, salad.... Don't judge. It's delicious. In all honesty, it's one thing I struggled with when I started the THM lifestyle. Fats and carbs can't mix! (Check out my post here for more information.) Well, while making an E lunch platter, I decided to try something. Why not use low-fat cottage cheese as a ranch base? Well, here you have the results of said experiment!
Cottage Ranch

Ingredients
2 cups 2% Fat Daisy Cottage Cheese
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1/2 Tbsp dried chives
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/4-1/2 tsp ground black pepper, to taste and personal preference
1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese in blender until completely smooth.
Place blended cottage cheese and spices in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
Store in fridge in original container (so you know the expiration date).

This seriously is a Fuel Pull! I know it's hard to believe such delicious-ness can be! Unless you like to drown things in ranch, that is. So here are the maximum amounts you can have, per type of meal, just in case!

E meals: 16 Tbsp (4.8 g fat, 11.2 g Net Carb)
This ranch is thick, but you can thin it out with water or even almond milk. It is entirely up to you! I personally like the thicker consistency for dipping sauce then thin it out a little for my salads. Here is a video to show you the consistency without adding water or almond milk:
