This meal plan contains a lot of requests on it from my kiddos, as I like to ask what they would like then add in a few "let's try this" items to expand their menu. Their most requested: Shepherd's Pie, Spaghetti, Burritos, and Hubby Lovin Chicken. Typical kids! Haha! They really wanted hot dogs and mac and cheese, so I decided to go with something that would be a little more Trim Healthy Mama Plan friendly and will be making bagel dogs and homemade mac and cheese.

Notes

This meal plan has mostly S meals because my kids eat a lot of sugar and carbs when they are with their mom. So to counter this, we have a week with a bunch of S food to get them back on track and get their bodies leveled out. They also are much hungrier when they first come back so these S foods fill them up and then we can start throwing in some E meals the next week before they go back. I also bought a couple items from the Trim Healthy Mama Store because I needed some THM Baking Blend for the Banana Bars. I typically don't buy much from the store because of the price of shipping, but the Frugal Blend is an S and not an E, so to keep the Banana Bars from being a crossover, I went ahead and ordered it. I also got Pristine Whey Powder because I was out and some De-fatted Pressed Peanut Flour because I wanted to try it out! If you do order form the THM Store, I recommend buying a few items to make the shipping worth it! The Pristine Whey and their sweeteners are usually what I would get, but I will be trying out Monk Fruit this week to see if my husband likes it, with the goal of getting him 100% on plan!

While the kids had mostly S meals, I did still get my five E meals into this week by eating leftover E meals for lunch. This helped me stay on my goal plan and helped them "detox" off of sugary, junk food.
